A reader asked for Fall color — and FINALLY I captured some! This season has been rough in getting good autumn pictures. I struggled with the slight differences in the above pic and this pic. Which do you prefer?

I like this one–I like that you can see the spire better. You matched the red of the leaves so well with the tower. (Nice of the city to cooperate by choosing that red for the roof!) Lovely and well captured.

I feel both equally have value. This with the spire perhaps has more “artistic” merit.
