The above photo shows one type of S.C. barbeque, prepared by Pig Rig specialists, out of Clemson. Delicious. And remember, in S.C., if you are cooking steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs on a grill — it’s GRILLING, never barbequing. Barbeque is ONLY a roast pig with your fav sauce. Mine? Mustard. Oh, and I like the vinegar, too. Course, the red sauce is mighty tasty. 🙂
