Waiter-grade Salsa

One evening, after thousands of trips to our favorite Mexican restaurant, Rancho Nuevo, Jose brought us a sample of what the waiters make. Damn. Fresh. Cilantro. Tomatoes. And big chunks of jalapeno. (I pick those out.) Thanks, Jose. I’ll never look at salsa the same way ever again. 🙂



  1. Oh yum, I love salsa, can’t stand the jarred stuff. It has to be fresh and it’s so easy to make. I can honestly go through a whole bag of chips by myself,lol…that’s why I rarely make it, hee hee!
