Drying in place

Hydrangea blooms are gorgeous fresh, in pinks, blues, and purples. And they are beautiful dried, whether on the bush or in a vase at home. Something else I learned from my mom. 🙂

  1. In the past I have cut the dried blooms, spray painted them gold and placed them on our Christmas tree. I leave them stems long and that makes it easy to simply stick them into an available spot on the tree. I plan to do that this year!

  2. They’re very helpful like that, mothers! 🙂
