Civic Center Glass

Filed under: Parks — lessie @ 6:41 pm

I find this building hard to photograph. There are necessary trash cans and cigarette containers at the entrances — which make quite an ugly decor. In addition, there are tall green trees in front of the building, making a long-range shot nearly impossible. I decided to go for a close up. Don’t know if I like it…but I tried. Will try again. Something about those angles are intriguing. Another shot is here.

  1. Very abstract architecture and the angle you chose adds to the abstractness.

  3. I think it is a nice photograph. It is hard to imagine what the problem could be that caused you to think about getting it right. Maybe a different lens.

Today, the final pictures of the series, “A Day in the Life of a Robin,” is online. I couldn’t decide which picture to use. I hope you get to see them.
