Rock accents

Filed under: Tudor Revival — lessie @ 2:49 pm

This house, located near the Anderson County Library, caught my eye because of the neat stone accent around the door. Then I saw the door. How quaint! Here is a view of the house.

  1. This is a very hard subject to expose correctly, and you’ve managed to do it well. The white of the door could easily blown out completely, but not so here. Good job!

You might try shooting this door again with different lighting conditions. How does it work when the sky is overcast? What about late in the afternoon? My guess is that this shot was taken around noon. Am I right?

  3. I hope everything is going well with you. I thought the pictures were good. Well done.
BTW, I am getting better slowly but surely.

  4. Bruce — You are exactly right! Ha! Not the best time to shoot. 🙂

    Kalyan — thanks!

Billy — Glad to hear it. Looking forward to your posts when you are well.
