ANDERSON DAILY PHOTO

It’s Been a Good Run…

Filed under: Miscellaneous — lessie @ 10:05 pm

I am so sad, but I have to admit that I can’t keep up the one-photo-a-day challenge. I LOVED doing this Web site. Really loved it. So sad to leave it behind. I imagine that I will post random Anderson pics once in a while…but I won’t be doing one photo a day. Anderson, I still love you!

  1. I will miss your pics. They had such a feel for small town life. You really captured Anderson. Maybe see you at Photo club–I haven’t made it to the last 2 meeting but I am going to do better now that school is out.

  2. I’m so sorry to hear this Lessie! I will miss Anderson even more now, but I do understand how hard it is to do this every day! Thanks for the photos and brightening our days! Perhaps it could be a weekly blog instead?

  5. I have loved every minute of reading this site. It helped me capture some good ol’ days memories from when I lived in Anderson briefly as a child. Lessie, you even made it possible for me establish contact with a old friend.

Loved Anderson as a child and will always love it. Thanks for everything Lessie.

P.S. Does anyone know where the old national guard armory was located in 1965? Street? Is the building still there?

  6. Lessie, pretty sure that’s not it. Doesn’t look the same at all. Other branches of the military have National Guards as well. Could be one of those.

    Thanks though!
