These reinactors had more constitution than me — that’s for sure. The rain and mud kept me in my car. I drove out to First Creek Road in Southern Anderson County to see if the Battle of Anderson was going on. Sure enough, stouted-hearted folks huddled around campfires and waited in line for hot dogs in the rain. Many wore unbelieveably realistic uniforms. While yesterday rained ALL day, today is bright and sunny. I won’t make it to the reinactment today — but good luck to the participants.
