A couple of weeks ago I was standing in a small crop of trees — many covered in ivy. The light was filtering through the leaves. Really pretty. Sheltered from noise and hidden from sight by a sloping bank, I felt like I was far out in the country, though cars whizzed by only feet away. This hidden location is the site of 200-year-old cemetery that appears to have been used for at least one hundred years. Quite an usual spot. Many thanks to the reader who suggested I visit it. I hope to post pics of the tombstones tomorrow.
Great shot! You have become one of my favorite web sites. You have a great eye for the ordinary. I have lived in Anderson all my life and sometimes miss the beauty in everyday things. Thanks for the reminders .
