Sunny woodwork

Filed under: Details, Historic District, Markers, & Flags — lessie @ 11:49 am

Saturday I stumbled upon this house not far from downtown. Isn’t this woodwork amazing? I wonder, is it original? A view of the overall front of the house is here.

  2. I don’t know if it is original or not…but I love it. it could have been a Victorian…or possibly a “wanna be a Victorian”. In either case, the house has potiential…if you have elbow grease.

  4. I really enjoy yoyr pictures!!

The people that live there are fixing it up they started on the foundation , the systems and then the inside. I guess since they are doing much of the work themselves it just takes time. That house is called the Sunshine house. Wonder why??
